We charge the Omnicasa customer a licence fee of €950 and a €75 per month maintenance fee. These fees paid by the Omnicasa customer fund our API work. If you later enter a partnership with Omnicasa, fees may be waived. Mention that in the remarks if you would like to learn more. We need confirmation of approval from the customer before we provide real customer credentials.
Omnicasa reserves the right to classify certain API access requests or usage under its Enterprise DATA & BI package, which is subject to separate pricing and conditions.
This applies particularly to more extensive API usage, including integrations with external dashboards, reporting platforms, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
We aim to apply this classification reasonably and only where the nature or scope of the requested API access justifies it.
